Consider skilling Press the Attack on level 1 or 2 if you are being harassed by dispellable damage-over-time spells.

Use Overwhelming Odds to secure a range creep last hit and harass the enemy heroes at the same time.

Aggro creeps on yourself to increase Moment of Courage procs. It can be useful for denying as well.

Once you get Blink Dagger, do not give up farm to start running around the map. Keep scaling into the game.

Make sure not to overblink as you will land 240 units shorter than the maximum of 1200.

Duelling any hero is fine in early to midgame to collect Duel victories which will then allow you to potentially solo kill heroes.

In mid to late game make sure to Duel specific heroes and not care about Duel victory as much.

Sometimes it is better not to initiate fights, but rather stay back to save an ally with Press the Attack and turn the fight around.

In the lane against Legion Commander stay away from your partner to reduce impact of Overwhelming Odds

Avoid wasting mana on harassing Legion Commander with spells that can be dispelled by Press the Attack. Use those spells once she used Press the Attack

Avoid getting into melee range of Legion Commander

Keep an eye on Legion Commander's Blink Dagger or Shadow Blade purchase. She will want to find pickoffs so it's good to group up and bait with one hero and then to counter-attack

Good counters items against Legion Commander's duel are Eul's Scepter, Linken's Sphere and Ethereal Blade

Legion Commander is immune to debuffs when duelling with Aghanim's Scepter.
